Casecado is for fictional or de-identified educational cases. Do not enter real patient names, dates, medical record numbers, contact details, or other identifiers. Do not upload patient records.

The studio check

The studio scans for common identifier patterns in your browser and repeats the check before saving or testing a rubric. It cannot identify every name or detail. Review the entire case yourself. Drafts are stored in the browser on the device you use.

Presenter accounts

A secure sign-in service manages account credentials. Casecado stores your cases, workspace settings, plan and usage, and any pilot request you submit. Usage records include first-case and first-session dates, participant counts, and subscription activation. These help us understand how presenters use the product. They do not contain answer text.

Learner participation

Learners join without creating an email account. A device identity links their answers within the session. Sessions store the chosen display name and avatar, answers, confidence, timings, scores, and optional feedback. Use a nickname. Anonymous standings hide names on the leaderboard. They do not make the underlying session data anonymous.

Scoring and reports

The scoring provider receives the stage context, rubric, and submitted answer, without the learner's account identifier. The presenter can review responses after reveal. Insights and exports report results for the room. Scores are educational feedback, not validated evidence for grading, milestones, or promotion. Individual research exports are not enabled.

Storage and payments

Paid AI authoring sends the teaching notes and selected slide you provide to a secure processing service. It does not send your library or learner responses for authoring. Casecado caches generated results and request status in your private workspace so a repeated request can recover a result without another model call. This cache is replaced when you start generating in a new UTC calendar month; it is not an automatic deletion schedule. Review generated material before saving or teaching it.

The application uses secure cloud services for sign-in, storage, and hosting. Server endpoints enforce presenter ownership. Browser clients cannot write directly to the database. When payments are enabled, checkout and billing management are handled by a payment processor. Casecado stores billing references and subscription status, not payment card details.

For program pilots

Submitting a pilot request gives Casecado permission to contact you about that request at your verified email. Scope, data handling, retention, support, and any institutional agreement must be settled before a program deployment. Shared learner tracking and cross-program reports are not part of the current release.
