A few things to know.
How does AI authoring work?
Paid Pro includes 20 requests per UTC calendar month once the AI service is connected. Draft a deck with live questions, rewrite a slide, or create a question and rubric. Review every preview before using it. Each provider attempt uses one request, including failures. There are no automatic retries or overage charges. Free users and unpaid trials can use prepared templates and manual authoring. Rubric scoring remains included.
What can I use today?
Live staged cases, rubric scoring, confidence, teams, the case studio, projector view, and room-level insights. Pro and the trial add full insights and export. Program sharing, longitudinal learner analytics, attendance reports, milestone mapping, and SSO are planned. Pilot requests help us decide what to build next.
What happens after the trial?
You move to Free automatically, with no charge. Your cases stay saved. If you have more than five, you can still edit and run them. Remove cases or upgrade to create more. Session allowances reset on the first of each month in UTC, and trial sessions count toward that month's usage.
Can my whole conference join?
Free supports 30 players. Pro and trial rooms currently support 60. Larger rooms, including the planned 150-player Pro tier, need further capacity testing before we make them available.
Do learners need accounts?
No. They join using the room code or QR code. Anonymous standings are on by default for new sessions. Results are educational feedback, not validated assessments for grading or promotion.
Can my program pay by invoice?
Choose invoice or purchase order in your pilot request. Program scope, net-30 payment terms, and the faculty owner are agreed before a contract starts. There is no automatic Program charge.
Can I cancel Pro?
Manage your subscription and invoices from Plans & billing. When you cancel at the end of your paid period, your account returns to Free.
